A Long-Term Stay Visa for Thailand
The DTV (Destination Thailand Visa) is a visa recently introduced by the Thai government to support foreigners who wish to stay in Thailand for a long period of time (up to 5 years). It is particularly suitable for:
- Digital nomads
- Remote workers
- Freelancers
- Individuals participating in Thai cultural activities, such as Muay Thai

DTV Visa & Muay Thai Course Program
The Wall Studio offers DTV visa packages combined with Muay Thai training courses.
- Muay Thai training once per week (every Wednesday)
- 1.5 hours per session
- Morning class: 09:00 – 10:30
- Evening class: 18:00 – 19:30
DTV Visa Packages
The Wall Studio offers 3 package options:
Option 1
- 19,400 THB
- 6 months of Muay Thai training
- Classes every Wednesday (1.5 hours per session)
- 1 month gym membership for The wall fitness and Studio
Option 2
- 18,000 THB
- 6 months of Muay Thai training
- Classes every Wednesday (1.5 hours per session)
Option 3
- 36,000 THB
- 1 year of Muay Thai training
- Classes every Wednesday (1.5 hours per session)
📌 Note:
The DTV visa allows you to stay in Thailand for up to 5 years. However, visa holders are required to exit and re-enter Thailand every 6 months.
Document Preparation Period
- The Wall Studio requires approximately 3 working days to prepare the documents
- After the applicant has completed the payment
Documents Required for Muay Thai Course Registration
- Passport copy
- Latest Thailand entry stamp
- Address in Thailand / home country address
- Phone number
- Email address
Length of Stay per Entry
- Maximum stay of 180 days (6 months) per entry
- One extension of an additional 180 days can be applied for within Thailand (once per entry)
- Applicants must be enrolled in a Muay Thai course according to the selected package
- If the course is completed and the applicant plans to continue training, re-registration can be done in accordance with the visa conditions
Visa Validity & Entry Type
- Multiple-entry visa
- 5-year validity, starting from the date of approval
Applicant Qualifications & Required Documents
- Passport valid for more than 1 year
- Standard visa photo
- Proof of financial status, such as:
o Bank balance of not less than 500,000 THB
o Bank statement 3–6 months
Applicants may use either a Thai bank account or a bank account from their home country.
📌 In some cases, the Thai Embassy or Consulate may request additional documents, such as proof of employment or source of funds. Applicants are responsible for preparing and uploading any additional documents as requested.

DTV Visa Application Process
- Applicants are required to travel to the country where they plan to submit their visa application
- Visa processing time is approximately 2 weeks to 1 month, depending on the discretion of the Thai Embassy or Consulate

Required documents for upload include:
- Passport copy
- Entry stamp of the country where the visa application is submitted
- Passport-sized photo
- Invitation / activity confirmation letter from The Wall Studio
- Proof of funds (minimum 500,000 THB)
- Bank statements 3–6 months
- Proof of accommodation
- Proof of flight booking to return to Thailand
- Embassy fee of approximately 10,000 – 12,000 THB
